Workshop

ISAKHOURY's headquarter is located in Beersheba, Israel while the painting and storage area is located in Segev Shalom, 5 minutes drive. The main workshop have a state of the art machines for prefabrication of piping works, including welded pipe of any size, equipment fabrication, fabricating structural steel, frames for equipment, custom supports, and for “ Off Site Manufacturing ” (OSM) of skids.

Main facility have a working area of 16,000sq m²; Covered area- 12,000sq m²; lay down area- 9,800sq m² and Opened area- 50,000sq m² respectively.

Capacity

Manufactures and handles a range of dimension of products up to 16x4.5x4x4/100T++++.
Company‘s facilities capacity executes 360,000 manhours/year.
Pre-fabrication capacity is 100-120 spools/month; 300-400tons/month.
Our Workshop can handle 23mx8.2m dia.x40T.
Pre-fabricated elements: S235, S355, HDG, painting (wet) and painting powder
Pressure Vessel: In accordance to ASTM BS5500, SII4295, (coated in possible for site erected.)
HRSG & HRSG non-presure part: Drain tanks, piping, casing stacks, galleries.
Tanks: S235,S275,S2355, HDG painting (wet), painting powder, according to API AWWA D100
Piping: CS, SS, P11, P22, P91, FRP, PBC.
